We lead the walkthrough with your wedding party and work with your officiant on the ceremony sequence. Everyone has a chance to understand where to be, when to move, and what happens next.
We communicate with vendors, cue the wedding party, and guide the ceremony and reception formalities. When plans shift, we help coordinate the next steps.
Is the photographer ready? Where should the wedding party gather? Are we ready to begin? We help answer the practical questions and connect the people responsible, so you can stay present with your guests.

Wedding Direction focuses on carrying out the wedding you’ve planned. We’ll agree on the schedule, responsibilities, and handoff before the day, with rehearsal leadership included and coordination continuing through your reception formalities.
Full-service planning, vendor sourcing, décor installation, teardown, and end-of-night supervision are outside our standard Wedding Direction coverage.
